Arkansas: Multiple White Supremacist Gang Members among 54 Defendants Charged in RICO Indictment

U.S. Department of Justice Press Release

Charges Include Solicitation of Murder, Kidnapping, Maiming, and Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

Dozens of members of a white supremacist gang allegedly responsible for multiple acts of violence were charged in a superseding indictment unsealed today in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
The indictment alleges that the New Aryan Empire (NAE) is a racketeering enterprise, which committed violent acts—attempted murder, kidnapping, and maiming—in support of its organization and its wide-ranging drug-trafficking operation.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Cody Hiland for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Special Agent in Charge Diane Upchurch of the FBI Little Rock, Arkansas Field Office, Assistant Special Agent in Charge Justin King of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Little Rock District Office and Acting Resident Agent in Charge Warren Newman of the  Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives (ATF) Little Rock District Office, made the announcement.
“According to the allegations in the indictment announced today, New Aryan Empire associates maintained their criminal enterprise by engaging in multiple acts of violence — including kidnapping and attempting to murder one informant, and stabbing and maiming two others suspected of cooperating with law enforcement,” said Assistant Attorney General Benczkowski.  “I want to thank our federal, state, and local law enforcement partners for vigorously investigating this vicious criminal organization.”
The case, named “To The Dirt,” which is in reference to the NAE slogan referring to the rule that members must remain in the NAE until they die, began in 2016 when ATF assisted the Pope County Sheriff’s Office in a murder investigation. The murder involved members of the NAE, a white supremacist organization that began as a prison gang and has since expanded beyond the prisons.  Investigators learned that several members of the NAE conducted meetings in Pope County and became involved in methamphetamine distribution.
On Oct. 3, 2017, the grand jury handed down an indictment charging 44 people from the Pope County area with numerous gun and drug violations.  Since that indictment, one defendant—Daniel Adame, 32, of Russellville, Arkansas —has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.  The superseding indictment, which was returned by a federal grand jury on Feb. 5, 2019, named 11 additional defendants and added charges for the defendants’ involvement in acts involving attempted murder, kidnapping, maiming, and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Thirty-five defendants are in either state or federal custody, while 16 were previously released on federal bond.  Troy R. Loadholt, 37; Jeffrey G. Howell, 34; and Amos Adame, 46, all from Russellville, remain fugitives.  April Howell, 29, and Amanda Rapp, 37, both of Russellville, and Courtney Talley, 32, of Dardanelle, Arkansas, were arrested Tuesday morning.  Most of the defendants are residents of Pope and Yell Counties, Arkansas.
“The violence and hatred alleged in this superseding indictment have no place in society,” said U.S. Attorney Hiland.  “We are committed to helping our communities remain free from these types of crimes using every resource available, including the powerful RICO statutes when appropriate. The significant charges in this case represent the hard work of our state and federal law enforcement agencies, and this office’s commitment to removing violent, repeat offenders from the streets.”
The superseding indictment alleges that between May 2014 and May 2016, NAE associates Marcus Millsap, 51, of Danville, Arkansas, and James Oliver, 47, of Russellville, as well as NAE President Wesley Gullett, 29, of Russellville, solicited several NAE members and associates to murder the confidential informant responsible for Millsap being charged with drug trafficking.  According to the indictment, NAE members believed this informant had provided information about Millsap to law enforcement.  In January 2016, two known members of NAE attempted to murder the confidential informant, but were unsuccessful.  The superseding indictment further alleges that between May 28, 2017 and June 6, 2017, members and associates of NAE kidnapped, stabbed and maimed two individuals in retaliation for the individuals providing information to law enforcement about another NAE member.  During the kidnapping, the victims were forced to write apology letters to the NAE member and his girlfriend.
The indictment charges 17 of the 54 defendants with crimes under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and Violent Crimes in Aid of Racketeering statute (VICAR). These racketeering-based statutes provide criminal penalties up to life imprisonment for acts performed as part of a criminal organization, and support charges for those who only ordered or assisted others to carry out the illegal acts.  The superseding indictment alleges that from 2014 to the present, the New Aryan Empire functioned as a criminal enterprise to achieve its objectives, including illegal activities that affect interstate commerce.
The charges in the superseding indictment include conspiracy to violate RICO, kidnapping in aid of racketeering, maiming in aid of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, and attempted murder in aid of racketeering, as well as multiple methamphetamine and firearm violations (see attachment for complete list of charges and penalties).
“Today’s superseding indictment of over 50 people reflects the FBI’s firm resolve to root out criminal organizations who espouse hate and bigotry, and whose members sell drugs and commit violent acts such as attempted murder, kidnapping, and aggravated assault,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge Upchurch.  “We appreciate and applaud the steadfast efforts of our partners at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the ATF, DEA, Pope County Sheriff’s Office, Fifth Judicial District Drug Task Force, Russellville Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Conway Police Department, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and FBI in arresting these individuals who are determined to destroy our communities.”
In addition to the violent acts, law enforcement officials investigated the NAE’s methamphetamine trafficking organization. During the coordinated federal and state investigation, law enforcement agents made 59 controlled purchases of methamphetamine, seizing more than 25 pounds of methamphetamine, as well as 69 firearms and more than $70,000 in drug proceeds.
“Historically, Aryan gang members and associates are a source of drugs, violence, and crime throughout this region,” said DEA Assistant Special Agent in Charge King. “Several members and associates of these gangs are charged in a RICO conspiracy as a result of law enforcement collaboration and a determined goal of making our communities safer from gang violence and drug trafficking. This effort, as part of Operation To The Dirt, is a promise to our citizens of the continued commitment of law enforcement at the federal, state and local levels to keep our streets safe.”
Wesley S. Gullett, 29, and Kevin M. Long, 23, both of Russellville, Arkansas; Lesa A. Standridge, 54, of Dover, Arkansas; and Christopher S. Helms, 35, of Dardanelle, Arkansas are charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.  Among the 69 guns seized, include handguns, rifles, shotguns, and several high-capacity assault-style rifles.
“These indictments are the result of an unprecedented collaboration by the ATF, FBI, and DEA Little Rock Field Offices, Pope County Sheriff’s Office, Russellville Police Department and 5th Judicial Drug Task Force,” said ATF Acting Resident Agent in Charge Newman.  “This case reflects a major disruption of the New Aryan Empire organization that affected the whole Arkansas River Valley area.  As a result of this collaborative effort, we have effectively dismantled this violent, drug-dealing organization and sent a clear message that the ATF and our law enforcement partners have an unwavering commitment to hold those individuals accountable who insist on creating an atmosphere of violence and fear in our communities.”
The three arrested today will be arraigned at 3 p.m. CST in federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas before U.S. Magistrate Judge Beth Deere.
The investigation was conducted by FBI, ATF, and DEA, in partnership with the Pope County Sheriff’s Office, Fifth Judicial District Drug Task Force, Russellville Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Conway Police Department and U.S. Postal Inspection Service.  The case is being prosecuted by Trial Attorney Marianne Shelvey of the Criminal Division’s Organized Crime and Gang Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Liza Jane Brown of the Eastern District of Arkansas.
An indictment is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Oklahoma Home Builder Mike Drain Goes Full Blown Racist on Native American

Mike Dale Drain of Sooner Homes LLC

The State of Oklahoma hasn't been able to contain hate this month, as once again another incident has occurred.

Let's get this part out of the way and establish what kind of racist Mike Drain is.

What preceded that was a woman on Facebook named Elizabeth, who posted a meme showing when women, African Americans, and Native Americans were given the right to vote.

As is typical with his type, Drain immediately came back lamenting how white males had to own property at one time.

It's something minorities see a lot of these days. As soon as a Person of Color's experience is brought up suddenly and older white male jumps in to steal the conversation away from the minority experience and make themselves the victim.

After that was pointed out to Drain, he spewed his racist remarks, which are clearly always at the surface and ready to spill out of him.

Mike Dale Drain, age 57, is the owner of Sooner Homes LLC in Oklahoma. He provides architecture, planning, and realty services. He also builds dream homes for white people on stolen Indian land.

Sooner Homes LLC: 5125 Bluff Guthrie, OK 73044 405-509-1268

Sooner Homes has a place for reviews on Facebook here.

Another business he's associated with is a Liquidation Outlet Store located at 4506 NW 16th St in Oklahoma City. Their phone is 405-509-1268

Single guy Drain believes in assaulting women, such as Nancy Pelosi

Drain is a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, which is known for its long history of racism. Realtors - of which Drain happens to be one too - refused to sell homes to non-whites well into the 1990's. The City of Edmond was a notorious sundown town that once promoted itself with having "No negroes" as soon on an old postcard provided below.

Notorious homophobe and Islamophobe Pastor Paul Blair opened a branch of the Christian Heritage Academy next to his Fairview Baptist Church in Edmond. That school was created in the early 1970's so that Oklahoma City whites could avoid desegregation and keep the races separated.

Later this month Blair and his church are hosting a national gathering of the country's most notorious anti-LGBTQ figures including Scott Lively, Peter LaBarbera, and two leaders of the anti-immigrant hate group Mass Resistance - Brian Camenker and Arthur Shaper.

They've already launched a sickening website called Gone2Far that tries to link homosexuality to pedophilia.

Just last week Hate Trackers reported on a well-known Edmond veterinarian named Zac Coldiron who was making vile transphobic comments on Facebook, such as this one:

Clearly, Edmond, Oklahoma has a serious problem with hate. It's unknown if Mike Drain is a product of the town or he was drawn to it to be near like-minded people.

Former Heirs of the Confederacy Member 'Lynches' Stacey Abrams Sign

James Stachowiak committing another act of arson
James "Lispy Jim" Stachowiak of Georgia, who was recently kicked out of the Heirs of the Confederacy, has brought back a video he filmed in the fall showing him lynching a Stacey Abrams campaign sign.

In the video Lispy Jim refers to Ms. Abrams as a "commie bitch".

Stacey Abrams
The video appears to have originally been posted in early November, when Abrams was running for Georgia governor against Republican Brian Kemp.

A number of Stachowiak's unhinged videos, including one calling for the execution of black women and children, were pulled by YouTube and him banned from the platform in December. The crank has since started reviving his ravings and posting them on Facebook.

In the case of the featured video here, Abrams response to Trump's State of the Union address appears to have triggered Stachowiak into reposting it.

Brian Kemp with Stachowiak before November's election.
Lispy Jim has long been known to be a bit on the unstable side with a flair for being a theatrical firebug. However, one attempt in 2012 to burn a Democrat sign resulted in his burning down his mother's property and his running down the street screaming in terror.

The house, the house, the house is on fire!
Stachowiak was kicked out of the Heirs of the Confederacy last month after allegations arose that he was a lewd child molester. His reaction to that was to begin stalking a member named Nancy Rushton and her young son.

There has been a rumor that Stachowiak defecated in his yard and compared it to a photograph of Rushton on a now banned YouTube video.

Racist graffiti and Snapchat video rattle Oklahoma school

Developing Story
February 5, 2019

Hate Trackers has been provided information and screen grabs that show the Choctaw High School in Oklahoma has been rocked with a series of racist episodes that include a Snapchat video and graffiti.

The racist student, who just ruined her life, is named Molly.

Students also discovered the boy's bathroom had been vandalized with racist graffiti saying KKK and ni**er. A school resource officer quickly identified the male vandals and they have been removed from the school premises.

Choctaw High School principal Michael James sent out a text and email to parents addressing the situation.

A text conversation between a student and James reveals there was a racist video put on Snapchat by a female student, who has now been expelled.

This is a developing story and we will have more information to report as it comes in.

Bigoted Edmond Oklahoma Veterinarian Claims Jesus Hates Gay People

Edmond, Oklahoma Veterinarian Zac Coldiron
In the latest edition of Oklahoma Hates Gays, we're featuring an Edmond, Oklahoma veterinarian named Dr. Zachary S. Coldiron, who has proclaimed that Jesus hates gay people and he's alright with that.

Let's peek in at one of his Facebook posts.

Well that wasn't very pleasant, now was it? Someone talking like that acts as if they have nothing to lose.

Damn, Dr. Coldiron even looks like the type to talk like that.

Stoneridge Animal Hospital

Coldiron has another vet working with him named Bruce Minson. He's into the Confederacy. Imagine that.

Could this get any worse? Yep.

Dr. Coldiron are you a bigot or something?

Can it get anymore creepy? *gulp* Passion for the exotic?

I would never have guessed this next part.

Oklahoma Event Center Refuses to Host Gay Man's Wedding

Rosemary Ridge Event Venue

Ryan and Shelby Rogers, owners of the Rosemary Ridge Event Venue in Orlando, Oklahoma, are refusing to host a gay wedding after asserting their religious beliefs.

On a Facebook page called Stillwater, Oklahoma Community Watch Page Waleah Walker-Norton - the mother of one of the gay men turned down by Rosemary Ridge -  explained the situation in a a February 2nd post.

She stated "My son was turned away from Rosemary Ridge, a wedding and event venue in Stillwater, Oklahoma because he is gay. They denied him because of their “religious beliefs”. That, dear friends, was a mistake for many reasons, but first and foremost, because they advertise as a Christian family. Christian families don’t discriminate. Period. Any God worth worshipping is not going to suggest or approve of that. What I heard in Rosemary Ridge’s message is not love or acceptance as Jesus repeats over and over and over again. No, it’s the opposite of love-it’s hate. It’s exclusion. Its saying my son is not worthy of marrying the person he loves in the business that God has provided them. It’s saying that God doesn’t love my son as much as much as someone else’s. It is okay if you disagree agree with how God made our son, you can address that your Savior, but don’t you dare use your religion as a flimsy excuse for your hideous, discriminatory behavior. That gives good Christians and our Lord and Savior a bad name. I will stand for what is good and right in this world and I will shine the light, the divine in me, on its darkness. I have written my first ever negative review on a Stillwater business and I don’t regret it one tiny bit."

The Rogers say of their venue, "Rosemary Ridge is the fruition of a dream we’ve had for a long time. Our deepest passions lie in caring for the land and celebrating the covenant of marriage. It has been a complete joy to see Rosemary Ridge become a place where both of those things happen in harmony. Yes, the property is our home, but in many ways it’s home for all the couples that start a new chapter of their life here. We love seeing each unique event come to life at The Ridge and we are thankful to God that our family gets to play a small part in each couples story."

According to the Bible the Rogers undoubtedly wave above their heads, but may not read very much, there are eight types of marriage:
  • The standard nuclear family
  • Polygamous marriage
  • Marriage to brother-in-law
  • Marriage between a man and his female slave
  • A man, lots of wives, and a gaggle of concubines
  • A male soldier and a female prisoner of war
  • A male rapist and his victim
  • A male and any virgin he abducts from a neighboring village
Or you could even perhaps be an elderly man named Joseph, marrying a fourteen-year-old girl named Mary, who has been supernaturally impregnated by an Angel. That would count as a Biblical marriage. Yeah, often left out of the Sunday School lessons are the fact that Joseph was a senior citizen, Mary a child, and Baby Jesus daddy by proxy another species carrying the semen of God.

So, it would appear that someone abducting and/or raping children - be they a human male or a supernatural creature - would pass the requirements of Ryan and Shelby Rogers' facilities and religious sensibilities.

Just no gays.

The Rosemary Ridge Event Venue is located on stolen Native American land at 15205 West 6th Street, in Orlando, OK, and uses the phone number (903) 217-9363. Email: info@rosemary-ridge.com

DeHooded: Tulsa County Court Clerk Employee, Husband Live Secret Lives in the Ku Klux Klan

Monday, February 4, 2019

68-year-old Bondell "Bonnie" Kukla is a long-time employee of the Tulsa County Court Clerk having previously worked in the juvenile bureau for them and now in the regular court clerk's office.

Bonnie Kukla's current position was confirmed to us Monday, February 4, 2019, via a Facebook message from Hayley Garrison the Operations Administrator at Tulsa County Juvenile Bureau.

Although Bonnie's day job is working for Tulsa County, for many years she's been living a secret life.

Bonnie and her husband Stephen Clinton Kukla, age 67, are white supremacists and long-time members of the Ku Klux Klan. They travel to various Klan chapters throughout the South preaching, speaking, and entertaining through song.

Besides Klan functions, the couple sing duets at Christian Identity churches.

In the photo to the right, the Kukla's are performing at the anti-Semitic Pastor Dan Gayman's Church of Israel (formerly the Church of Our Christian Heritage). That church is located in Schell City, Missouri.

According to Wiki, Gayman is famous for propagating the theology known as "two-seedline", or "serpent seed" doctrine. This doctrine holds that white people are descendants of Adam and are hence the chosen people of God. The Jewish people are said to be descendants of Cain and thus of Satan.

The Serpent Seed Doctrine, also known as the Two Seed Line, is part of the Christian Identity movement that adheres to a white supremacist theology.

One of the Church of Israel's most notorious members was Eric Rudolph - the Olympic Park Bomber. The serial bomber also attacked gay bars and abortion clinics throughout the South most notably in Georgia and Alabama.

The Kuklas are native to Alabama, but it's unknown when exactly they relocated to Tulsa.

Both Kuklas are members of Tulsa's Christian Identity community and attend Rose Hill Covenant Church at 1245 N Canton Ave in Tulsa. Steve is the music minister there.

The Rose Hill pastor is white nationalist Charles Jennings, who is also the religious leader of Kingdom Treasure Ministries, which the Southern Poverty Law Center classifies as “Neo-Confederate.”

Jennings runs the white nationalist Truth In History website too.

The Kukla's drive a Chevy Equinox with license plate Oklahoma NEWZION that advertises "Steve Kukla's Signs". The phone number on that decal is 918-234-SIGN (7446). The America First in the rear window is a familiar Ku Klux Klan term.

That phone number is registered to Blondell Kukla (Bonnie) and is also being used for a business called Sovereign Studios. We've yet to locate any information for the studio.

The following video shows Steve Kukla giving a speech at the Knights Party National Leadership Conference 2017.

In 2017 Steve and Bonnie Kukla were the musical entertainment at that gathering.  Their appearance is noted on a KKK website page.

Part of the events at that conference included a cross lighting, which is more familiarly known as a cross burning.

During the cross burning, Steve Kuklar sang Old Rugged Cross.

This year in April Steve Kukla is scheduled to be at the latest Faith and Freedom Conference, hosted by The Knights Party at the Christian Revival Center in Arkansas.

brought to you by www.christianidentitychurch.net

In promoting the event a Ku Klux Klan website describes Kukla as "Steve is an author, entertainer, and Christian evangelist with a deep love for Jesus Christ and our people."

That center is part of a huge Klan compound run by Pastor Thomas Robb, the national director of The Knight's Party.

KKK Compound in Arkansas

The Christian Revival Center is located in Boone County Arkansas at 6400 Leadhill Rd near Harrison, Arkansas.

It is only 15 miles from Harrison and about 30 miles from Branson, Missouri.

The Center’s 100-acre campus includes a church, office, cabins and camping area for those attending white nationalist gatherings there.

The Knight's Party business office number there is 870-427-3414.

Although this compound has been under Robb's control since 1971, the compound has begun a major construction expansion this year.

They're also doing some remodeling on the older buildings there.

This flyer for the White Patriots gathering at the Ku Klux Klan compound
mentions Steve and Bonnie as providing entertainment.

The Kuklas are only the first we'll be profiling in the lead up to the hate conference. The line up for the conference is a who's who of klan members and Nazis, who have our attention too.

That line up is:

Dr. Tomislav Sunic, former Croatian diplomat, author, polyglot, and professor at the University of California, Long Beach. He's a known fascist, who gives an intellectual voice to white nationalism.
Jason Robb, Constitutional attorney with an office in Harrison. He's the son of Klan leader Thomas Robb and acts as the attorney for several KKK causes.
Billy Roper, Nazi coordinator of The ShieldWall Network based in Mountain View, Arkansas, that seeks to create a white nation in Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri. The SPLC considers him the violent voice of the neo-Nazis.
Rachel Pendergraft, National Coordinator of The Knights Party. Daughter of Thomas Robb.
Pastor Thomas Robb - Runs the KKK compound and the Christian Revival Center in Arkansas. He's the national director for the Knights Party, also known as the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
Tom Bowie, former Presidential Candidate from Maryland
Steve Kukla, a Christian Identity minister and klansman from Oklahoma
William Daniel Johnson, a racist attorney and leader of the American Freedom Party, which promotes white nationalism
Coincidence, destiny, or what?
